Where can I receive services at?

Depending on the type of service, options include:

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private pay office and do not process insurance claims.

Do you offer any special discounts? 

Yes!  50% discounts on (office, online and phone sessions) are available for:

. New Clients (First Session Only)

. First Responders

. Seniors (62 y.o. +) 
. Teachers

. Veterans

We also offer specialty discount program packages to help you save as much as possible.

*Please Note: Discounts are not available for In-Home Sessions due to drive time and additional costs.

Do you offer Package Plans? 

Yes. For those who do not qualify for the above session discounts, we offer a Clarity Package Plan.  By purchasing more than one session at a time, you can benefit from substantial savings!  You can even mix and match different service options.  Example:  Perhaps you would like to do (2) Grief Support Session and (2) Reiki Sessions.  Package Plan I becomes an excellent option.  

Have you decided you are ready to commit to a deeper holistic wellness plan?  Package Plan II  offers (6) 90 minute sessions.  For example, it could include:  (3) Reiki sessions and (3) Coaching sessions.  You choose, along with the recommendations of our Holistic Nurse.

For those who are ready to make a substantial change in their wellness plan, Package Plan III offers consistent support and maximum savings.   It can easily provide you a solid foundation to spread holistic healthcare throughout the year.

What type of payments do you accept?

Credit cards, checks, money orders, and cash.

Payment is due at time of service.

How do online sessions work?

Online sessions are conducted via ZOOM (a video conferencing platform similar to SKYPE). Upon scheduling, you will receive a link for the call. It is recommended that you download the app to your device prior to the scheduled session.

What about children? May I bring my child to the appointment?

Unless the appointment is scheduled to be of service to both you and your child, we ask that you make prior childcare arrangements as we do not have childcare services onsite. If a child must accompany you to your appointment, please make sure there is someone there to watch over them while you are at your appointment.

Clarity Holistic Health loves the giggles and pitter patter of little feet, but other clients may be receiving hypnotherapy, sound healing, acupuncture, massage or other deep healing services and so we ask you to help us maintain a quiet waiting room area.

What if I am late for my appointment?

We encourage you to plan ahead on the day of your appointment. Allow extra time for road construction and other delays that always seem to pop up when you are headed somewhere special! Try to arrive a few minutes early to enjoy a cup of herbal tea and take advantage of our comfortable relaxation areas.

Clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will need to reschedule and pay a $35 rescheduling fee. While we do the best we possibly can, accommodating late arriving clients unfortunately causes clients scheduled after you to be late.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list, miss the opportunity to receive services.

*A $35 late cancellation fee will be billed for all reschedules or cancellations that are received less that 24 hours prior to your appointment.

*"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Do you have gift certificates for sale?

Gift certificates are always available for purchase. When unsure of the amount that you should purchase, please call our staff and they will be happy to assist you on purchasing the correct amount for your loved ones. Give a gift of holistic health service for a special someone.
